NEW ENGLAND IN THE FALL, An Iconic New Hampshire Experience

October 16, 2016

Fall in New England is one of the most idyllic times for city goers to escape their boxy apartments and head out into the countryside. Keith and I found ourselves in the upper valley of The Connecticut River, dividing Vermont from New Hampshire. This mighty river flows all the way south into Long Island Sound, with its mouth in the heart of New Haven, CT.

The iconic town of Hanover NH is home to the ivy league of Dartmouth College. With its historical buildings lining “The Green” and trees sitting row by row, this town center is right out of a Gilmore Girls episode. Though the grand buildings of Dartmouth and their architecture steeped in centuries of history, blow the quaint set of Stars Hallow out of the water. (As you can tell, I’m highly anticipating the series return)

Once we grabbed our lattes from the local Starbucks, which was jam-packed with students studying and writing term papers, we set out on foot and had a day of shooting.
